Take a Turn, Share the Fun

Together in Action

At Neo Summer Camp, we believe that sharing small tasks creates big connections. Our spirit is simple: everyone takes a turn, everyone shares the fun.

To keep our camp running smoothly — and full of that special community energy — we organise things together. One day you might help serve meals or tidy up; the rest of the time, you’ll be free to relax while others do the same for you.

During your stay, you’ll be asked to take on one duty (60 to 90 minutes) as part of the camp team. Together with the registration process, you’ll be able to indicate your preferred time and type of duty. Based on that information, we’ll assign you to a shift. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences, though we can’t always guarantee your first choice.  Occasionally, we may need to adjust the plan to make sure all teams are well-balanced.

Here are some of the roles that need to be filled in:

  • Brunch & Breakfast – preparing breakfast or brunch, looking after the buffet, and helping restore everything at the end.

  • Cleaning – keeping our shared spaces sparkling: dance halls, public showers, toilets, and the Ambrosia bar.

  • Cooking – peeling, chopping, frying, steaming, baking, or cooking — depending on the day’s menu.

  • Dishing – rinsing, rinsing, rinsing… and adding a smile while you’re at it! 😄

It’s not just about keeping things in order — it’s about building something together.
When we join forces, everyday moments become meaningful, and working side by side turns into genuine joy.

Before heading home, we kindly ask all participants staying in rooms to leave their space clean and in good order. This means:

  • removing bed linen,

  • vacuuming the floor,

  • leaving the bathroom clean and tidy,

  • taking out any rubbish, and

  • making sure the room is ready for the next guests.

It’s a small gesture of care that helps keep Gut Frohberg beautiful for everyone — and a lovely way to end the week with gratitude for the time we’ve shared.
